Bolloré Paper Division uses Ekho to control overall performance
The Bolloré Group, which is based in France, is active in manufacturing
thin paper and plastic film for
capacitors and packaging, energy
distribution, and dedicated terminals
and system. The Bolloré Paper
Division, which includes Papeteries
du Léman and the Vosges mill,
uses Ekho tools to control the synthetic
performance rate (SPR) and the overall
performance rate (OPR) at its plants,
and to improve general performance.
More specifically, these tools are
used to carefully manage downtime
in order to speed up processes,
and thereby achieve efficiency and
productivity gains. The Paper Division
uses the Clock
downtime management software, the
Link
event history analysis application,
the Spek
solution for controlling and monitoring
production settings, and the Look
report manager.
