Designed to make it easier to analyze production processes and to enhance your plant's performance capacity, Track can trace the origin of events and all data related to each event with remarkable precision.

You can even cross-check data dating back several years. With Track, you can obtain a live stream of data analysis based on time, events, or active work teams for any point in your production processes.

This allows you to easily pinpoint the origin of inferior-quality batches by correlating lab test results between final products and raw materials. You can just as easily review your entire production chain in order to identify stages that are too time-consuming or completely unnecessary, with a view to increasing the rate of production.

Track doesn't just work with historical data! You can check the compliance of a manufactured product at each stage during the production process. This enables you to make adjustments to correct deviations the moment they occur, redo the job at that stage if necessary, or adapt it for an order whose criteria it more closely matches, in order to minimize time and material losses.

With the quantitative and qualitative data gathered at each stage of production, you can also accurately determine the number of different batches you can obtain from a final product. In other words, there are no estimations based on discounted quantities entering the production line or on normally expected losses!
